Vandi Chidi Minah   

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

Mr. Vandi C. Minah has a Masters degree in law backed by extensive work experience in the UN System: Legal Adviser, United Nations Integrated Office in Sierra Leone /United Nations Country Team (on extended Assignment from UNHQ, New York) before his appointment, Legal Officer, Office of Human Resource Management, and Administrative Law Unit.

Before that he served with the United Nations Transitional Administration in East Timor (UNTAET) Dili, East Timor where he worked as Legal Officer, Office of the Director of Administration.

Mr. Minah was also with the United Nations Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNMIBH), Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH) where he served as - Legal Affairs Officer, Office of the Chief Legal Officer/Office of the Special Representative to the Secretary General (SRSG).

Sept 1993 – Sept 1996 Mr. Minah worked as an Associate legal Counsel, with Steven, Hinds and White in York, NY.

Between October 1998 – June 1990 Mr. Vandi Minah worked as an associate Crown Prosecutor, in The Crown Prosecution Service, in London, United Kingdom.
