On 31 October, a boat carrying 40 Rohingya refugees from Myanmar to Bangladesh capsized off the coast of Cox's Bazar. Four refugees died in the tragedy, while 36 people were rescued by the local community. IOM, the UN Migration Agency, deployed a mobile medical team of a doctor and nurse with two ambulances to help the survivors.
